Rue sous le Mur is one of the most picturesque streets in Saint-Benoît-du-Sault. This sloping lane has preserved its old paving stones and its distinctive “pas d’âne” stepped layout, typical of the late Middle Ages. Walking along it, visitors can still feel the authentic charm of the medieval village and the strong presence of its history.
